The talks, which will include displays of the Collection’s artifacts, will be given by Dr David Pantalony, Curator, Science and Medicine (CSTMC), Mr Hasan Umut, McGill Research Fellow, and Ms Assia Kaab, Curatorial Research Intern.
The public lecture will be followed by the Annual Public Meeting of the Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation. Dr Polonsky and Mr Benay will provide an overview of the Corporation’s three museums' activities in areas including education, exhibitions, research, and collections.
The Crown corporation governs three national museums: the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, and the Canada Science and Technology Museum.
